Higana was a myserious Dracanoid woman who had spent her entire life to save Hoenn from the destined meteorite. After her her mission was completed she didn't know what else to make of her life. What other purpose was there for her besides her one true mission?

            She had left Hoenn, leaving behind her Salamence to the region's hero in search for a new purpose. She had left her past behind and will begin anew in hopes of finding an answer.
